At #SocialExchange Marketing, we know equestrians and their sports. We are a team of horse girls, with years of combined experience across a range of disciplines within the equine world. This not only gives us the knowledge to speak on multiple facets of the equine industry, but a unique perspective as well. We are an equestrian agency that utilizes innovative and creative ideas to build your brand's presence - whether it be with social media, graphic design, or photography. Lela Reynolds

Lela started #SocialExchange Marketing in 2016. With many years of equestrian sports under her belt, successful businesses of her own, and a degree in communications and marketing, she decided to bring her knowledge of branding and social media marketing to other people’s equestrian businesses. She sold her first business and has since started another company called Cavaliere Couture, a successful equestrian clothing brand. With an extensive knowledge of social media marketing, branding, how to start and run a business, e-commerce, and a true entrepreneurial spirit. Lela runs the social media marketing aspect of #SocialExchange Marketing. She thrives off watching small brands become big brands, and can help your business get the exposure it needs to thrive.

Brandy Phillips

Through the years, Brandy has taught herself how to climb to the top of her craft - winning multiple awards recognizing both her photography and design work. She has combined her love of horses and love of photography by becoming one of the top Photography and Design companies in the industry.

A deep background in the small business field has been a fortress in building SEM with Lela Reynolds. Together with a combined over 20 years of experience in marketing they have been able to meet and exceed client expectations.

Lauren Beechler

I am a horse girl that has turned my passion into my career. Horses have always been the biggest part of my life. Being in the dressage and reining industry for over 18 years has allowed me to perfect my craft and knowledge. Fun fact, I actually started filming on my iPhone when I first started 6 years ago.

Filming and photographing for my clients brings me to my absolute happy place. I am always so honored when I am lucky enough to capture such amazing moments.
